Payline Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Payline website, including paylinedata.com and related websites, forms, applications, and online services operated by Payline, a d/b/a of Under Inc (“Payline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
Merchant processing services, partner programs, software services, equipment, and other Payline products or services may be subject to separate agreements, applications, program terms, processor terms, or other contractual documents. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate agreement governing a specific Payline product or service, the separate agreement will control with respect to that product or service.
1. Use of the Website
Payline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use this website for lawful business and informational purposes.

When an electronic process presents an agreement, authorization, certification, or other document and asks you to select “Submit,” “Accept,” “I Agree,” provide an electronic signature, or take a similar affirmative action, that action may constitute your electronic signature and agreement to be bound by the applicable document.
You are responsible for reviewing and retaining copies of agreements and disclosures presented to you electronically.
Nothing in this section changes any additional electronic-signature or disclosure requirements contained in a separate agreement applicable to a Payline product or service.

By using the website or submitting information to Payline, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

PAYLINE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL WEBSITE INFORMATION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
Nothing in this section modifies warranties, commitments, or obligations expressly contained in a separate written agreement between you and Payline.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAYLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.
THIS INCLUDES, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

A separate agreement governing a Payline product or service may contain different governing-law, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, or arbitration provisions. In that case, the provisions of that separate agreement will govern disputes arising under that agreement.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
